Industrious business owner, passionate artist. She founded her Phoenix based company therascapes design in 2005. Her colorful murals, luxurious finishes and immersive environments have transformed Valley homes, schools and businesses. Since graduating from UC Santa Barbara’s prestigious College of Creative Studies with a formal emphasis in painting she’s had many professional opportunities. Her years as art educator to both young and old have given her patience with clients, vendors and projects. Her time as a Disney scenic artist honed her skills as a master of illusion and fantasy. Her years as a self-employed entrepreneur gave her a fortitude to meet deadlines and make creative decisions. Recent risque projects have inspired a new venture - Illicit Spaces. A bold and daring step into uncharted waters.

eric perez- major
After graduating from Ringling School of Art & Design in 1993, Eric quickly made strides in his career acquiring knowledge and experience from the likes of Disney, Universal Studios and Nickelodeon. By 1998 Eric had achieved the award of “Best Set Designer” - by the Orlando Weekly. His skill set in Scenic Production Design has allowed him to be part of many projects, ranging from the critically acclaimed film Ulee’s Gold to Google’s IO & Twitter Flight Conferences, to name a few.
Eric’s personal mantras include: “Never miss a deadline - period”, “Tell it like it is” and “My OCD is my superpower!”. Having been the wearer of many hats as a design professional, he has been enjoying the role as Production Designer & Operations Manager for his wife’s company - Therascapes Design since 2005.
Together - Aerin & Eric design, create, live and love (and sometimes fight) with all of their might!
When the pair aren't working they can be found hiking the cliffs of Sedona or sharing a sunset walk with their two beautiful daughters.
Future aspirations- endeavor, achieve, journey... and teach their girls to love snowboarding!
